“Grandad” and I worked with learners from Years 4, 5 and 6 today on The Equilibrium “Libby” Project. We were looking at Financial Skills. We had a very warm welcome and were most impressed by the levels of understanding showed by the young people on all our work associated with money. A particular thank you to Miss. Naylor who supported our visit.
Barry the Lolipop man wanted to thank Farrah, Year 5, for giving him a lovely card. It brought a tear to his eye and a lump to his throat.
Excellent Christingle service from Year 4/5 and wonderful singing from the whole school! Also very enjoyable watching our daughter in The Midwife Crisis. Everyone did a great job. Very happy that our children go to such a lovely school.
A member of the public came in to school to say how much she had enjoyed the Christingle Service in church. She also said that the children often walk past her house and are smiling as much going home from school as going.
Reception Class Starry Night - Thank you so much for the opportunity of parent engagement, especially after school hours. It gives parents like myself the chance to be part of an activity I otherwise would't be able to.
Reception Class Starry Night - A lovely evening enjoyed by all the children and adults. My son didn't stop smiling.
